Notice of Royal Mail service disruptions

We are aware that some of our customers have received letters from us that have arrived later than intended.  On investigation, Royal Mail have advised us that they are experiencing delays to their service due to staff shortages and staff absences due to Covid-19.

If you have received correspondence from us where we have given you a timescale to respond by a certain date, we apologise if you have received this too late.  However, don’t worry we have automatically increased the time period by a further 10 days to compensate for the Royal Mail postage delay, and we thank you for your patience.
